Our Story
Po Po’s ( which means “Grandma” in Chinese) was launched in 2007 by Karen Stark. The poncho was inspired by her daughter Lily. Karen started with one, then another and another and the fun began. So much fabric to choose from the color combos become endless which is why at Po Po’s there is always new styles being featured.
Po Po’s started as a online business on the side that was keeping me busy on my maternity leave and has grown into a full time business selling to boutiques across Canada. Each poncho is proudly made in Vancouver, BC.
