How are the ponchos sized?
Our ponchos come in three sizes: size sm = 0-2 years, size med = 2-4 years, size lg = 4-6 years. Size small is great for little ones that aren’t even walking yet, it acts like a blanket in the stroller, car seat or carrier.
Can I send the poncho as a gift to a different address?
Yes, please add gift wrap to your shopping cart, specify in the comments section that the poncho is a gift. Please confirm shipping address (if different from billing address). You can also include a short message (ex. Happy Birthday Rosie! Love, Grandma & Grandpa) and we’ll include it on a Po Po’s Printed card with the poncho.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, after your payment is made through the shopping cart you can print your receipt. If you would like us to email you a receipt or mail you a paper copy we can do that too, just ask.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $6 for one poncho, $12 for two in Canada All other orders please email for quotes, thanks
How long after I order my poncho will I receive it?
Orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days and will be shipped via Canada Post. Most orders arrive no more then 7 days from the day they leave the post office. If we are out of stock you will be notified by email or phone.
If I am unhappy with my poncho can I receive a refund?
Refunds will be given within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Ponchos must be returned at the expense of the buyer and be in the original, new condition (tag attached).
How do I care for my poncho?
Ponchos should be machine washed in cold water & hung to dry or tumble dry on low. They are made with high quality anti pilling micro fleece however repeated drying on high heat will affect their life span.
