What if I don't have a pay pal account?
You don't need a pay pal account to order a poncho, pay pal will take your payment from your credit card onto their secure site.

How are the ponchos sized?
Our ponchos come in three sizes: size 2 = 0-2 years, size 3 = 2-4 years, size 4 = 4-6 years.

Can I send the poncho as a gift to a different address?
Yes, please specify in the comments section that the poncho is a gift. Please confirm shipping address (if different from billing address). You can also include a short message (ex. Happy Birthday Rosie! Love, Grandma & Grandpa) and we'll include it with the poncho.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes, after your payment is made through pay pal you can print your receipt. If you would like us to email you a receipt or mail you a paper copy we can do that too, just ask.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $6 for one poncho, $12 for two anywhere in Canada and the United States. International orders please email us for a quote.

How long after I order my poncho will I receive it?
Orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days and will be shipped via Canada Post. If we are out of stock you will be notified by email or phone.

If I am unhappy with my poncho can I receive a refund?
Refunds will be given within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Ponchos must be returned at the expense of the buyer and be in the original, new condition (tag attached).

How do I care for my poncho?
Ponchos should be machine washed in cold water & hung to dry.

How often do you bring out new styles?
Our goal is to have at least 2 new styles every month or so......
